This Act amends to the Federal Nature Protection Act, so as transpose in Germany Regulation (EU) No 1143/2014 on the prevention and management of the introduction and spread of invasive alien species. In particular, the Act adds article 40a on measures against invasive species; article 40b on producing evidence; article 40c on Authorization; article 40d on Action plan against invasive species; article 40d on Management measures; article 40f on public participation; article 48 on competent authorities as far as invasive species are concerned; article 51a on Surveillance of circulation of invasive species in the European Union.
