This Act provides for public financial support for measures for the protection of the environment in the field of agriculture and in particular in relation to the storage and use of animal manure. The financial aid shall be in the form of a contribution to investments in a given percentage. The measures that are financed are those following from legislative requirements in the field of storage, spreading and use of fertilizer of animal origin and other measures in the livestock sector.
