The present Ordinance implements the Agriculture Act of 11 December 2008. In particular, the Ordinance defines certain terms used in the afore-mentioned Agriculture Act and its related Ordinance. Furthermore, the Ordinance regulates conditions and procedures for the recognition of agricultural enterprises and forms of company cooperation and self-help organizations. The text consists of 39 articles divided into 8 chapters as follows: General provisions (I); Agricultural terms (II); Relevant animal populations (IIa); Good Agricultural Practice and Ecological Examination (III); Recognition of agricultural enterprises (IV); Recognition and self-help organizations (V); Business accounting (VI); Penalties (VII); Final provisions (VIII).
