The Act provides for the amendment of: Section 19 by the insertion of another subsection providing for the Board delegating to a Commercial Bank the issuance of licenses for coconut exportation: Section 62, by the insertion of a definition of Commercial Bank and the validation of any transaction executed by a Commercial Bamk prior to this Act enetering into force.
