This Act amends the Customs Tariff Act 1990. The Schedule 1 "Rates of import duty' of the Customs Tariff Act is amended by repealing the tariff item, description of goods and the rates of import duty and replacing them. Its Schedule 2 "Rates of export duty' is also amended.
