According the Decision No.746 of 2009 the tariffs to be paid for the areas that will be removed from the forestry and pasture fund and will be used for industrial construction will be 1Euro. The rules of procedure for the tariffs payment and the contract award will be laid out by joint decisions of the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Water Administration and Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energetics.
