This Decree lays down some amendments to the Decree on the disposal of electrical waste and electronic equipment. In particular, the present Decree establishes the list of substances and conditions under which the producer of electrical equipment is not obliged to meet requirements concerning placing electrical equipment on the market, as specified in art. 37j point 3 of the Wastes Act.
