This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down details on the plan for development of water supply and sewerage systems, specifying the range of information (amended art. 3) and the way of its updating (art. 4) and provides the method of calculation of prices for water and sewerage (art. 35a). The Decree establishes also technical indicators for plan of water quality control during production of potable water (Annex 9) and technical indicators for plan of wastewater pollution control (Annex 10).
