This Decree of the Ministry of Environment amends 26 points of the Decree on the elimination of wastes. In particular, the Decree lays down provisions concerning reporting on wastes (art. 22) and method of keeping records and other decisions taken due to the Act (art. 24). The Decree establishes also the form of annual report on implementation of obligations of receiving wastes (Annex 19) and the form of report on the management of wastes in a given year (Annex 20).
