This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment lays down some amendments to Decree on the permissible level of pollution and implementation of certain other provisions of the Air Protection Act. In particular the present Decree amends operating requirement of stationary sources of waste from heat processing waste specified in Annex 4 Part I Section 2.1.
