This Decree of the Ministry of Environment lays down some amendments to Decree on waste disposal. In particular the present Decree establishes details on waste management plan of municipalities (art. 28 of the amended Decree). Such plan includes: (a) the name of the municipality; (b) summary of types and categories of waste produced, ways of dealing with them and the way of disposal; (c) evaluation of the compliance of the plan with the regional waste management plan; (d) an overview of the objectives and measures to achieve them; (e) the way organizational security concerning the plan; (f) the name and contact details of the waste manager.
