This Decree implements the Act on the promotion of renewable sources of energy as regards: selection of promotion methods; deadlines for announcing the intention to offer for sale electricity produced from renewable sources; technical and economic parameters. The Decree is composed of the following Sections: (1) Scope of the Decree; (2) Definitions; (3) Deadlines and details for selecting promotion methods, and deadlines for announcing the intention to offer for sale electricity produced from renewable sources; (4) Technical and economic parameters for promoting electricity produced from renewable sources; (5) Entry into force.
