This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture sets out provisions concerning the request for conversion or qualification of land and further lays down details on the protection of lands destined to be used as forests. The Decree is composed of the following Sections: (1) Properties of the request for conversion or qualification of lands assigned to function as forests; (2) Concept of recultivation plan; (3) Details concerning the annexation of lands; (4) Details on recultivation of lands assigned to function as forests; (5) Entry into force.
