The first part of this Decree of the Ministry of Environment lays down details on the management of biodegradable wastes (called biowastes) and establishes: the index of biowastes and requirements for the quality of wastes included in the technology of material use of biowastes (art. 2); technical requirements for equipment and operation of biological treatment of biowastes, depending on the quantity and type of treated biowastes, and technological requirements for treatment of biowastes (art. 3); procedures and criteria of evaluation and classification of biowastes (art. 5); Sampling methods (art. 6). The second part of the Decree amends the Decree on requirements for storing wastes on the landfill.
