This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of nine articles and one Annex, lays down requirements for unprocessed fish products, prepared fish products and processed fish products intended for human consumption, the handling and marketing of these products. The Annex specfies permitted features of individual freshwater fish species placed on the market.
