This Decree of the Regulatory Office for Network Industries, which is composed of 13 articles and 11 Annexes, lays down quality standards for transmission of electrical energy (art. 2), distribution of electrical energy (art. 3) and supply of electrical energy (art. 4). The present Decree describes planned and unplanned interruption of transmission or distribution of electrical energy, restoration of the transmission or distribution, allowed average time of interruptions during the calendar year for more than five minutes, allowed average number of interruptions.
