This Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which is composed of 12 articles and five Annexes, lays down: (a) the way of reporting the amount of electricity from a renewable source and a non-renewable source, the amount of heat from a renewable source and a secondary source, real acquired amount of energy source and its quality, real use of all acquired energy sources; (b) the scope of data, deadlines and method of transmitting and recording the measured or calculated amount of electricity from supported sources; (c) the scope of data, deadlines and method of transmission and recording of measured amount of electricity from supported sources in the form of purchase prices; (d) the method, scope and deadlines of the transmission and recording of measured amount of produced and supplied heat from renewable sources to the heat distribution system; (e) the method of measuring and calculating the amount of electricity produced from renewable energy sources or secondary sources during production of electricity from a renewable source or a secondary source; (f) the method and extent of measurement of electricity produced, useful heat and spent fuel; (g) the method and extent of measurement of the amount of electricity produced at generator terminals, useful heat and spent fuel for electricity from high efficiency combined heat and power; (h) method of measuring heat supplied to the heat supply system; (i) method of registration of the place of delivery of heat produced from the heat generator to the heat distribution system; (j) method and procedure for putting the power plant into operation and the method and procedure for putting the heat generator into operation.
