This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture is composed of ten articles and two Annexes. It stipulates that agricultural products or foodstuff may be entered into the official register as long as the following conditions are fulfilled: (i) the product is made of used traditional raw material (live animals, meat, milk); (ii) the product is characterized with a traditional composition or traditional way of production; (iii) the product is characterized with a traditional processing methods.
