This Law amends various articles provided by the Veterinary Law (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 30/2012).
Significant changes are done to the original text; multiple amending articles regarding the necessary legal and technical relations in terms of the collaboration/respect/adoption of rules of the European Union in veterinary field (and related and additional activities); issues defining the systems and applications used in veterinary matters (such as the trade control and expert system-TRACES system); inspection, border crossing inspection, offences and penalties are also amended.
