In order to be included in the national catalogues, the agricultural plant species referred to in Annexes I and II to Act No. 1096 of 1971 and the vegetable species referred to in Annex III to Act No. 195 of 1976 shall fulfill the characteristics and conditions prescribed by Commission Directives 2003/90/EC and 2003/91/EC. These conditions regard distinctness, stability and uniformity.
