The Notification sets forth procedures and principles on the supply to the market, packaging, labeling, market surveillance and inspection of articles treated with one or more biocidal products. This Notification shall apply to the substances, mixtures or articles that have been treated with one or more biocidal products or into which one or more biocidal products have been intentionally incorporated. Furthermore this Notification sets forth provisions on classification and certification of biocidal products, registration to the inventory of biocidal products, biocidal active substances, analysis, disposal of treated articles, obligations, penalties, and administrative sanctions.
