This Order establishes the requirements covered by the rules on cross-compliance, with regard to aid to and inspection of farmers. Farmers receiving financial support shall follow the requirements as part of cross-compliance which is set out in Appendix 1. The Order consist of 5 Chapters: Definitions (1); General rules on cross-compliance (2); Inspection (3); Quality assurance (4); Entry into force and termination (5).
