The Order applies to commercial and non-commercial operation of aquaculture facilities (plants). They shall annually report to the Danish AgriFish Agency of information related to the aquaculture plant operations in the preceding calendar year. The Danish Nature Agency shall disclose all information reported to Denmark Statistics, Dept. of Danish AgriFish Agency.
