The Danish Forest and Nature Agency may award subsidy to agricultural land private owners (a person, corporation, trust, association or similar) with the purpose of increasing private reforestation, which includes the planting of ornamental plants, orchards, ornamental foliage, christmas trees, and other vegetation.
The Order consists of 5 Chapters: Subsidies (1); Recipients of subsidy (2); Economics (3); Application, reporting and payment of subsidies (4); Supervision, sanctions, appeals and entry into force (5).
