The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Seeds Ordinance of 8 February 2006 (BGBl. I p. 344). In particular, it amends article 11 dealing with identification of planting material; and article 29 concerning labelling of planting material. Moreover, the Ordinance adds some items to Annex 3.
