This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of eight articles and two Annexes, applies to equidae registered for breeding, a breeding stallion for the itinerant service or artificial insemination using semen and breeding stallions. Art. 4 provides provisions on the use of stallions and their semen. Art. 5 relates to the trade in semen from stallions. Art. 6 lays down details on recognition and registration of stallions, and art. 8 describes zootechnical document recognizing the stallion.
