This Regulation amends the Provisional Clause 5 as the subparagraphs (b), (c) and (d) of Paragraph 2 of Article 32 regarding classification of domestic wastewater according to their pollution load and Charts 21.2,21.3 and 21.4 shown in Annex shall be implemented until 31 December 2017. As of this date the provisions of the Regulation on urban waste water treatment shall be implemented instead of these provisions.
