This Regulation provides all necessary standards and measures aimed to control, handle and prevent any side effect related to the dangerous dogs on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
The provisions of this Regulation shall not apply to official dogs that are used for the performance of government bodies.
The fact that the dog is dangerous shall be determined by a veterinary inspector that has to fill an proper application.
