This Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning, which is composed of six articles and one Annex, lays down, in accordance with Commission Decision 2011/278/EU determining transitional Union-wide rules for harmonised free allocation of emission allowances pursuant to article 10a of Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, the content and the method of checking the information provided by the ministry responsible for environmental protection, to be sent by operator who is involved in greenhouse gas emission allowance trading. The operator must send data on activities related to the installation of greenhouse gas emissions and other information specified in Annex 1 to the present Regulation.
