This Regulation sets all necessary issues and procedure to be fulfilled when creating the product specification aimed at obtaining the official state designation for foodstuff and agricultural products denominated as guaranteed traditional specialty (for foodstuff and agricultural products).
This Regulation further transposes the provisions contained in the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1216/2007 of 18 October 2007 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 509/2006 on agricultural products and foodstuffs as traditional specialities guaranteed.
The Annex is part of this publication (containing administrative forms).
