This Regulation defines the conditions and methods necessary for the mandatory identification and registration of equidae on the territory of the Croatian Republic, including all contents related to the identification document and other documents intended for equine identification, and the manner and implemented conditions for the issuance of these documents.
Equines can be additionally physically labelled with hot or cold stamp, microchip, tattooing or otherwise if regulated by the relative breeding program.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
