This Regulation prescribes the manner for the revision/audit over the adopted rules as regard the effective implementation of the official control plan related to food and animal feed (planned measures and efficiency checks, food and feed safety measures and issues).
As defined by this Regulation, the auditing is a systematic and independent verification of procedures aimed to determine the accordance with the planned measures and whether the measures are implemented efficiently for achieving the planned goals.
