This Regulation regulates the manner of providing the information and the notification procedure regarding the sanitary and phytosanitary measures in accordance with relevant international agreements binding for Montenegro.
Sanitary and phytosanitary measures, in term s of this Regulation, are aimed to offer: the protection of health and life of humans and animals on the territory of Montenegro (also for risks created by additives, contaminants, toxins or disease-causing organisms in food, drinks and animal feed); the protection of health and life of people from the risks arising from diseases transmitted by animals, plants or their products or the introduction, occurrence or spread of harmful organisms; the prevention or restricting measures to be introduced.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
