This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of nine articles, lays down types of seed mixtures, their composition and the type of use, deadlines after which the mixtures are the subject to periodical laboratory examination, and the procedure of preparing mixtures of cultivated plants intended for cultivation purposes, and the way of inspection of the process of preparing these mixtures by the provincial inspector of plant and seed protection.
