This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 36 articles, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, provisions concerning functioning of public service dealing with collective return of waste electrical and electronic equipment, reuse, recycling and other forms of recovery of such wastes. The Regulation is divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Organizational arrangements for the implementation of the public service (Sec. 2); Scope of the implementation of concessions (Sec. 3); Granting concessions (Sec. 5); Concession contract (Sec. 6); Functioning of the public service (Sec. 7); Financing the public service (Sec. 8); Control (Sec. 9); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 10).
