This Regulation was adopted by the National Government to establish, in accordance with relevant European Community provisions, the Waste Management Plan of the Czech Republic. The Plan, which is laid down in the Annex, shall be valid for ten years as from the entry into force of this Regulation. The Plan is composed of the following Sections: (1) Proceedings on prevention of wastes and their hazardous properties; (2) Provisions on disposal of hazardous wastes; (3) Provisions on disposal of selected wastes and related equipment according to Part 4 of the Wastes Act; (4) Provisions on the setting up of a uniform system of waste disposal; (5) Provisions on import and export of wastes; (6) Recycled wastes; (7) Landfill of waste; (8) Maximum quantity of organic elements in materials on landfills.
