The present Act introduces some amendments to the Plant Protection Act in its consolidated version of 14 May 1998 (BGBl. I p. 971, 1527, 3512). In particular, it adds article 16c on marketing of plant protection products; article 16d on marking and labelling of plant protection products; article 16 e on end of transportation period.
