The purpose of the present Act is to implement the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1782/2003 establishing common rules for direct support schemes under the common agricultural policy and establishing certain support schemes for farmers of 29 September 2003 and Council Regulation (EC) No. 73/2009 establishing common rules for direct support schemes for farmers under the common agricultural policy and establishing certain support schemes for farmers of 19 January 2001. In particular, the Act lays down provisions relating to the distribution of payments made under the single farm payment scheme amongst the Länder. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Regional use of subsidies (2); Value relationship (3); Establishment of permanent pastures (4); Entry into force (5). Three Annexes are enclosed.
