This Act amends the Water services Act, 2007, the Water Services (No. 2) Act 2013 and the Water Services Act 2014 in respect to water supply to dwellings and other matters relating to public water supply, including dispute settlement and water charges. It also establishes the Water Forum and the Water Advisory Body. It also dissolves the Public Water Forum and the National Rural Water Services Committee and transfers functions to the Water Forum. The Forum shall provide advice to the Minister, Irish Water, the Commission for Regulation of Utilities and the Water Policy Advisory Committee on general water issues including water conservation and rural water services. The Water Advisory Body shall provide advice specifically on matters regarding Irish Water.
