The purpose of this document is to inform registrants, pesticide regulatory officials and the Canadian public that Health Canada’s Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) has re-evaluated oxamyl for use as an insecticide, an acaricide and a nematicide in terrestrial food crops. This Proposed Reevaluation Decision document provides a summary of the data and information reviewed as well as the rationale for the proposed re-evaluation decision.
