To request the Technology and Economic Assessment Panel to prepare a report for the forty‑fifth meeting of the Open-ended Working Group of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol on:

1. Chemical pathways in which substantial emissions of controlled substances are likely to occur;
2. Best practices available to control these emissions;
3. Gaps in understanding the sources of emissions referred to in point (a) above.
