Decision directed to Parties

Parties are encouraged to use the guidance provided in Resolution Conf. 4.22 on Proof of foreign law to inform Parties of the existence, adoption, or amendment of stricter domestic measures regarding the management of CITES-listed species native to their jurisdiction, and particularly endemic species, to support other Parties in making required legal acquisition findings.
