This Act amends the Act on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in accordance with the legislation of the European Community. In particular, it adds the new Section "Assessment of the impact of concepts to the environment." The subject of this Section are concepts which define the scope of projects specified in Annex 1, implemented in the field of agriculture, forest management, hunting, fishery, surface or underground water management, power industry, industry, transport, waste management, telecommunication, travel management, territorial planning, regional development and the environment.
