This Act regulates Environmental Impact Assessment. Any programme or project likely to seriously affect the environment must be subject to the assessment procedure regulated by these provisions. The Act is composed of the following Sections: (1) Environmental Impact Assessment in the Czech Republic; (2) Environmental Impact Assessment crossing borders of the Czech Republic; (3) Common and transitional provisions.
