These provisions amend Directive 2003/91/EC by replacing Annexes I and II. Annex I lays down the list of vegetable species which must comply with the Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO) guidelines; Annex II lays down the list of vegetable species which must comply with the International Union for Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV).
