This Decree shall apply to the registration and recognition procedure of plant varieties, to the necessary studies (for Example DUS studies for plant variety rights), to the operation of the Central Agricultural Office and of the National Species Certification Committe, and to natural and legal entities working in the field of new plant variety breeding and of the conservation of varieties.
