The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of two paragraphs and five Annexes, establishes forms of documents used for registration of wastes: waste registration card (specified in Annex 1); registration card communal sewage waste (Annex 2); registration card of used electrical and electronic equipment (Annex 3); registration card of used vehicles (Annex 4); card of wastes transfer (Annex 5).
