This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of two articles and six Annexes, establishes model documents used for registration of waste: waste transfer card (specified in Annex 1); waste registration card (Annex 2); registration card of hazardous waste (Annex 3); registration card of municipal sewage waste (Annex 4); registration card of used electrical and electronic equipment (Annex 5); registration card of used vehicles (Annex 6).
