This Decision determines the values necessary for evaluating the recognized costs of restructuring vineyards and the loss of income for the 2024/2025 wine year, namely the method of calculating the costs of restructuring vineyards and the amount of the recognized value of the loss of income. The costs of restructuring the vineyards are calculated using the tables from the Annex, which is given in this text. In the method of calculating the costs for the restructuring of the vineyard in accordance with the regulation governing the implementation of interventions in the wine sector, the following are taken into account: 1. land preparation, which includes such stock fertilization and soil preparation that the land is suitable for planting vines. Land preparation is considered to be completed if cane cuttings are planted on the area to be restructured; 2. support placement, which means placement of the final support and includes all support columns and at least one wire; 3. planting of grafts, which includes the planting of a vineyard with canes with a planting density of at least 3,200 canes/ha, whereby the density is calculated on the basis of the average planting distances in a row and between rows; 4. soil application to the surface, which includes soil application only to the surface where the restructuring of the vineyard is carried out. The measure from this point can only be enforced in the wine-growing area of the Karst; 5. setting up the support for the lattice, which means the support necessary for the growing form of the lattice, and includes all the supporting posts and the transverse support and at least one wire. The measure from this point can only be enforced in the wine-growing area of the Karst; 6. the device of narrow terraces, which means the device of terraces where the width of the terrace area does not exceed 1.8 meters; 7. planting of a mother plantation, which means planting a vineyard with grafts of the base material category, for which a notification of the intention to plant a mother plantation has been filed in accordance with the regulation governing the marketing of material for the vegetative propagation of vines; 8. planting grafts of resistant varieties, which means planting grafts of the following grape varieties: Merlot Kanthus, Soreli, Fleurtai, Solaris, Muscaris, Monarch, Johanniter or Souvignier gris.
