This Decree governs the implementation of the investment intervention in increasing productivity and technological development, including the digitization of agricultural holdings, as well as the investment intervention in adapting to climate change in permanent plantations from the strategic plan governing the common agricultural policy for the period 2023-2027. This text defines the rules for implementing the following intervention: 1. investments in raising productivity and technological development, including digitization of agricultural holdings, from Article 73 of Regulation 2021/2115/EU are carried out by sub-interventions: farm investments and investments by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs; 2. Investments in adaptation to climate change in permanent plantations from Article 73 of Regulation 2021/2115/EU are carried out by sub-interventions: farm investments and investments by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
